Delete your account.
What gets deleted
- Your email address and password hash — removed immediately.
- Your device push tokens — revoked within 60 seconds.
- Server-side pairing keys and session records — erased immediately.
- Signaling logs and error traces — deleted within 14 days.
- Any encrypted backups — rotated out within 30 days.
Option A — inside the app
This is the fastest way. It works whether or not the app can reach our servers.
- Open LullaLink on any device where you're signed in.
- Tap Settings (the moon icon in the top right of the parent unit).
- Choose Account → Delete account and confirm with your password.
- Review the confirmation — you'll see a summary of everything that will be removed before you proceed.
Option B — request deletion here
Use this form if you've lost access to the app, or if you just prefer the web. Submit it and we'll delete your account within 7 days (usually the same working day).

We'll verify this request by sending a confirmation link to the email address you enter below.
Option C — email us directly
Send a short note from the email address on your account to privacy@lullalink.com. We'll confirm and delete within 7 days. Please write from the same address you used to sign up, or include another way we can verify your identity.
What we keep and why
After deletion, a few things may linger for strictly limited purposes:
- Anonymised aggregate statistics (e.g., monthly active devices) — cannot be linked back to you.
- Transactional records required by tax or accounting law — retained only as the law requires, never used for any other purpose.
- Security logs of abuse attempts — to prevent repeated harmful behaviour, retained up to 12 months and stripped of personal identifiers where possible.
