Most questions are answered faster in the app or on the landing page. A few quick checks:
- Connection issues? Confirm both phones are on the same Wi-Fi. Mobile data and guest networks often block peer-to-peer traffic.
- No alerts? On Android, check Settings → Apps → LullaLink → Battery → Unrestricted. On iOS, confirm Background App Refresh is on.
- Cry false positives? Raise the sensitivity slider in the app's Settings → Detection.
- Can't pair? Both phones need to be on the same LullaLink version. Check for updates in the store.

What helps us help you faster
When you write to us about a problem, include:
- Phone models on both sides (e.g., Pixel 8 baby unit, iPhone 14 parent unit).
- OS versions.
- LullaLink app version (Settings → About).
- Exact steps that triggered the issue.
- Any error message, screenshot, or screen recording.
- Whether it happens on Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or cloud relay.
Languages
You can write to us in English, French or German. For other languages, we use machine translation to give a best-effort reply — please be patient with any awkward phrasing.
Security disclosures
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in LullaLink, please do not open a public issue. Write to security@lullalink.com with a description and, if possible, steps to reproduce. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and fix critical issues within 7 days. Responsible disclosure is appreciated and credited (with your permission).
